SERVING WITH FUZE
Leaders and students gather at our church at 6:00pm on Thursdays to build Christ-centered friendships, develop healthy life skills, and grow in their knowledge of God and his word together. Our mentors and leaders develop deep relationships with these teens and equip and empower them for life through a relationship with Jesus. Our mentors and leaders are asked to model a lifestyle committed to Christ and engage with their students in life-on-life relationships.
- Mentors: FUZE mentors are paired up with a Fuze Student for 2 years. We ask each mentor spend 1 hour a week (minimum) with their student, take them to church, and interact with their family. Mentorship is a great way to model the gospel of Jesus Christ through life-giving relationships.
- Leaders: FUZE Leaders are similar to mentors, but their focus is more on serving and leading teens in various ways during our Thursday night program (6:00-8:00pm every week). We ask our leaders attend on Thursday nights, lead and/or facilitate discussion with the teens, and help serve the meals. This is a 1-year commitment.
